Description

The Service mobility agency for the city of Rome has been launched January 1st 2010, as a split agency from ATAC spa in order to become a key speaker as well as the main reference on transport topics in the city for citizens, tourists, commuters, city users and anyone who happens to be visiting Rome.
The local council entrusted the agency with the role to integrate, planning and controlling the functions of the process, who manage private and public mobility as well as an efficient info service for the citizens, able to:

Our services 
We manage the front office in Piazzale degli Archivi n. 40,
Ltz permit’s for resident’s, craftsmen and all the categories in the current law
Permit’s for disabiled people
Permits for tourist buses
License for Ncc (rental car service), Horse-drawn carriage and taxi
Parking permit
Blue coupon to official garage
We manage from the planning to the controlling of the process regarding both private and public mobility in Rome as well as.
We manage the car/bike sharing service in the city.
We’re the referents of the sustainable mobility policies of Rome and then we coordinate mobility manager activities of the company.
We manage, develop and support the relationship system with the institutions of the local, national and international political-institutional scenario.

Information and communication 
Thanks to the instruments at our disposal from the roman mobility, we’re able to inform the citizens, city users, tourists and commuters on how to move in Rome.
In particolar we use:
the radio on the A and B lines of the metro, given out to the concourse of 49 stations and to 29 platforms with a 16 hrs programme from news to music
TV screens in 20 metro stations, A and B lines, with a complete programme of news, information, entertainment and advertisement
Moby- the public transport TV installed on over 300 lines throughout Rome, on the A line, on the Roma-Lido and on the Caf trains operating on the B line
a daily page on the free press metro (250.000 pieces sold everyday) distribute in all the metro stations
a brand new internet web-site where you can find, in real time, all the news on how to move in the city as well as on the services managed by the service mobility agency for the city of Rome and regards traffic updates and roman mobility
the muoversiaroma.it mobile service, active from 06.30 to 24.00, on mobiles and PDA’s
