General rules and conditions of transport

In any case, it is emphasised that the transport of bicycles on Atac's metro, metro-rail and surface vehicles is the full responsibility of the passenger carrying it on board. Whoever travels with a bicycle in tow is personally and exclusively responsible for any damage he/she may cause to himself/herself, to property, to people and to the service, relieving Atac of any damage. Therefore, the passenger must take the utmost care when getting on and off the vehicles, during the journey, when taking their position in the spaces designated for the bicycle, keeping any protruding parts under constant control.
