If  the registration and purchase of the permit for access to LTZ 1 and 2 has not been ensured, administrative sanctions will be activated which result in a payment of a sum equal to the double maximum daily fare: €380,00.

n case of improper use of the permit , use of a fake permit and non-compliance of the anti-pollution- legislation, in addition to the fine, the individual supervisor will withdrawal the permit , that will be given back only upon proof of the payment of the fine.

In case of a fake permit, on top of these sanctions , the agent supervisor will at the same time report to the Judicial Authority.

In case of permit’s with monthly , 6 - month’s or annual validity, in addition to the administrative fines the sanction of the suspension of the subscription for 30 days is applied.

At the same person that, in the time frame of one calendar year has committed two offences, the sanction of the suspension of the subscription for two months will be applied.

In case of any further offence, the sanction of the suspension will be increased to 12 month’s.

In the period’s of suspension it is precluded to purchase a daily permit to access the LTZ zone 1 bus for a period of 7 consecutive days.

If the accredited customer does not provide for the payment within 30 days of the date of issue, the full fare will be applied for each new permit requested , that is without the reduction applied for the accredited customers. In case of relapse, the suspension of the accredited customers will be applied for 12 months.

The sanctions will be applied to both the owner of the vehicle as well as to the driver of the vehicle.
