Description

Established in 1893 by two English ladies, Anna Maria Babington and Isabel Cargill, when tea could only be found in pharmacies, Babingtons has maintained for over a century the style and atmosphere of the period.
To this day the historical Tea Rooms remain a family run business and a corner of English heritage tucked away from the bustle of modern day life, serving sweet and salty delicacies.
At the entrance of Babingtons Tea Room you will find Babingtons Tea Shop, a little corner filled with exclusive blends and a selection of the best teas in the world. Not only, you can choose between a vast range of incredible goodies such as home-made biscuits and cup cakes, chocolates, home-made jams and chutneys sweets, tea scented sugars and salts from the Himalaya and of course personalized tea seats, fine porcelain tea cups and teapots and a full range of accessories for brewing and tasting your favourite teas.
