Roma Servizi per la Mobilità provides support to citizens and city users concerning the following issues: permission management (ZTL, Parking, People with disabilities), licence management (Taxi, NCC, Botticelle), tourist bus permission management and reports about public transport planning. A dedicated service is available for reports on the municipal Car Sharing service.
It is also possible to send reports about the services by e-mail pec (certified electronic mail), by fax 06 46956660 or by post Roma Servizi per la Mobilità srl - Piazzale degli Archivi 40 - 00144 Roma.
For reports on the daily management of public transport you can write directly to the line managers: Atac or RomaTPL. For further questions concerning mobility, the online service on the Roma Capitale website is always available.
