The Call Centre offers advices and information on the public and private health care system in the city of Rome. Tourists can decide to use public health facilities indicated by the operators or the private health care provided by Travel Health.

Through the operators of the multilingual call centre, operating 24 hours a day / 7 days a week, Roma Pass holders can receive an initial free telephone consultation, followed by medical services at home for a fee.
 
The costs of all medical health services are provided by phone in real time, exclusively from the operators of the call centre(+39 06 43236291) .
