Through the operators of the multilingual call centre, operating 24 hours a day / 7 days a week, Roma Pass holders can receive an initial free telephone consultation, followed by medical services at home for a fee.
The costs of all medical health services are provided by phone in real time, exclusively from the operators of the call centre(+39 06 43236291) .

A legal advisory service is also available through Call Centre, from Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm.
