By now come up to its 10th edition, "Lungo il Tevere Roma" (Along the Tiber Rome) is one of the most followed summer events in Rome, where the appreciation of the public has risen up exponentially through the years.

Our main purpose, as to the edition of 2011, is informing citizens and tourists about the existence of a place that offers the possibility to enrich their own personal culture in a free way throughout fixed appointments -both cultural and of entertainment- addressed to study in detail themes about the tradition and the future of Rome.
In particular we want to underline 4 thematic areas this year:

RECEPTION: it's important to make the event open to everyone, with no architectural obstacles for the disabled to make easier the access to wheelchairs, old people, disabled etc.also thanks to the steady and never intrusive assistance of the overseeing team also assigned to the care and the maintenance of the area.

CULTURE: It's surely one of the main points of this edition, with the presence of various instructive and brain-widening events, for instance we'd like to underline: expositions, meetings with writers, poets, directors, leading figures in the world of culture and show business, oriented to the presentation and diffusion of literary and cinematographic works and of figurative arts.

ENTERTAINMENT: Another important subject is the calendar of the events where comic actors, jazz men, singer-songwriters will take turns during summer proposing a billboard we will show you later on.
