Description
With its area of 34 hectares Zoomarine is a marine entertainment park suitable for adults and children, a place where you can meet animals such as sea mammalians and tropical birds and learn to love and respect nature.
Respect for animals and protection of the environment are the foundations of all Zoomarine activity to the extent that it is known all over the world for its high standards and the presence in the park of qualified vets and biologists.
The “medical behaviour” technique is very important in Zoomarine, used to improve animal conditions and scientific research. Using this technique the animals are trained to become accustomed to medical care so that it is easier for the vets to take good care of them.
Zoomarine has signed numerous conventions with the most important Italian and international research organizations.
Zoomarine will also provide support in recovering sea turtles and mammals that are in trouble on our coasts thanks to their collaboration with the national network of competent organizations (Centro Studi Cetatcei ONLUS).
Zoomarine Italy is the offspring of Zoomarine Portugal , that has been running for more than ten years and every year attracts thousands of visitors from all over the world.
Enter into Zoomarine and dive into a fantastic reality made up of unique shows and emotions, observe the special relationship between animals and humans. Amazing shows and experiences and the pleasure to find yourself in a stimulating reality are guaranteed.
