Opening times

Guided tours to the gardens of the Villa, the Studiolo di Ferdinando de' Medici, and the plaster casts gallery:
 - October-March:
Monday-Sunday: 10.45 am, 11.45 am, 12.00 pm (in English), 2.00 pm, 3.00 pm, 4.15 pm;
- April-September:
Tuesday-Sunday: 10.45 am, 11.45 am, 12.00 pm (in English), 3.00 pm, 4.00 pm, 5.15 pm, 6.30 pm;
Last admission 1/2 hour before closing time;
Temporary exhibitions:
Tuesday-Sunday: 10.45 am - 1.00 pm // 2.00 pm - 7.00 pm;

Library:
Monday-Thursday: 10.00 am - 6.30 pm;
Friday: 10.00 am - 5.00 pm;

A reduced timetable applies in August and during Christmas and Easter vacations. The Library is reserved to fellows of the Academy of France. Upon reservation and subject to availability: art historians, members of other academies in Rome, students of art history, musicologists and architects.

Admission and ticketing

-Villa dei Medici Admission Ticket (guided tours to the exhibition + the gardens of the Villa):
Adults: € 9,00 - Concessions: € 7,00;

-Exhibition only (night opening, guided tour of the exhibition, conferences, etc.):
Adults: € 6,00  - Concessions: € 4,50 - Under 25 years of age: € 3,00;

-Cinema:
Adults: € 5,00 - Concessions: € 4,00 - Subscription (10 screenings): € 30,00 (valid for one year from date of purchase);

Concessions: people over 60 years of age, students, Roma Pass, Metrebus, Bibliocard, Feltrinelli, card holders, FAI members;

Free of charge: children under 10 years of age

The Foundation, managed by the French Ministry of Culture is set in the Pincio, in the beautiful villa of cardinal Ferdinand De' Medici , dating  back to the 16th century.
