Description

Via Altiero Spinelli,30

Located in the area of the High Speed Station named after Camillo Benso Conte di Cavour, in the Tiburtina area, the building houses the new BNL Gruppo BNP Paribas headquarters.

The original and innovative architecture, designed by Studio Architettura 5 + 1AA, incorporates the historic Mazzoni cistern, and blends in well with the surrounding urban context. The building, built on 75,000 square metres of floor space, is 12 storeys high and 255 metres long, and was constructed according to the highest standards of environmental and energy sustainability. Inside, some of the most important works of the BNL collection have been included, such as Lorenzo Lotto's Judith and the Head of Holofernes, Jean-Baptiste-Camille Corot's La Cascata delle Marmore, Spadarino's Saint Frances and the Angel, Giorgio Morandi's Landscape, Mario Schifano's Journey through the Projects and the collections of the Fifty Painters for Rome.
