Description

The palace was built in the early 17th century and belonged to the Maccarani family; in the second half of the 17th century it was purchased by the Odescalchi princes. The façade has an ashlar-work portal on the right and six architraved windows with grilles and basement windows below. On the second and third floors there are seven architraved windows; the third floor, with simple windows, was built in the 19th century. The inner courtyard is characterised by a nymphaeum with a fountain, where there are two eighteenth-century busts and the Odescalchi coat of arms in the centre.
