Built between 1510 and 1520 by Antonio Da Sangallo the Younger for the consistorial lawyer Melchiorre Baldassini, is considered among the best examples of Roman palaces of the beginning of the 16th century. The façade in Florentine renaissance style has two windows at the ground floor with bracket windowsills and the portal with architrave supported by columns. The street onto which it looks is too narrow to appreciate its well-proportioned façade. The palace is the seat of the Istituto Culturale Luigi Sturzo.
