Agreement between Rome and Berlin about the transportation system: the agreement Rome- Berlin sets the mutual recognition of travel documents.

Users of public transportation in Rome who have a valid annual Metrebus Rome card, will receive, only once a year, a free “touristic ticket for Berlin” an AB tarif zone (historical centre and suburb area), valid 7 days, showing a document which certifies their residence in Roma Capitale, and showing an annual (metrebus card) with a receipt certifying the validity of the travel document.

To collect their Tickets Rome citizens can go to the following bureaux in Berlin:

- “BVG Kundenzentrum” in Berlin/Tegel airport open every day from 7,00 a.m to 10,00 p.m

- “BVG Kundenzentrum” in Zoologischer Garten intermediate passage underground U2, direction Pankow open from Monday to Friday 6,30a.m-9,30 p.m, Saturdays and Sundays from 11,00 a.m to 6,30 p.m.

- “BVG Kundenzentrum” Holzmarktstrasse 3,00a.m to 5,00 p.m, open from Monday to Wednesday from 9,30 a.m to 2,00 p.m.  Closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

Berlin public transportation users who have a valid BVG ticket, in Termini ticket office,  (side B), will receive for free a weekly metrebus ticket.
