Accompanying service: In Rome travellers can find this service in Termini, Tiburtina and Ostiense Railway Stations. To apply for the accompanying service users can call the telephone number +39064881726 if they leave from Roma Termini or Roma Ostiense and the number +390647307184 if they leave from Roma Tiburtina.
From Roma Termini: the request for the service has to be made 6 hours before train departure and not later than 7 pm for trains leaving by 11 am of the following day.
From Roma Tiburtina and Roma Ostiense: the request for the service has to be made 24 hours before train departure. For international journeys, service has to be requested three working days before the date of departure. Traveller has to be in the station 45 minutes before train departure or can request the picking-up service from home to the train station and vice versa.
